That's what the likely is for dude. My point is you shouldn't compare two characters, but just analyze them individually.
That’s just straight up not how it works. If someone who can easily stomp someone that can one-shot the person who performed the calc, and only gets to “Likely” upscale, someone that’s just vaguely stronger is not qualifying for the same thing.

Released is fine at “At least 5-C+”.

And again, you are making the mistake of comparing them both. Forget about your beloved Tatsumaki.

Released Boros is portrayed as far stronger than Orochi, so it's likely that he is Low 5-B.

No, it’s not. A character with a much more massive scaling chain only qualifies for a Likely. You can’t ignore that just because you want to. We know Boros is stronger, that’s it. He doesn’t have a massive scaling chain, we can’t quantify how much stronger he is, the “At least” fits that perfectly. If your logic worked, Psykorochi would also be Likely Low 5-B because we know she’s strong enough to one-shot Orochi (which is much more solid than Boros’ scaling), but she’s not. She’s only “At least 5-C+”.

Boros does not exist in a vacuum with Orochi, you can’t just ignore every other character.

We can't quantify how far Tatsumaki scales, for the same reason.

And yes, I'd say Psykorochi is likely Low 5-B as well.

Anyway, idc that much. The at least rating is good too. But imo if Released doesn't qualify, Tatsumaki shouldn't, because her scaling chain is also unquantifiable.

Her scaling chain is far larger and more quantifiable than Released Boros’ because Released Boros literally doesn’t have a scaling chain lmao.

It’s honestly so simple.
Released Boros and Psykorochi are just stronger than Orochi. Therefore, At least 5-C+.
Meteoric Burst Boros and Tatsumaki are far stronger than people already stronger than Orochi. Therefore, Likely Low 5-B.

Fair

I meant to comment earlier but a cat issue propped up.

Yeah the 5-C+ and Low 5-B changes are fine to do. If someone is ready to edit I can unlock the profiles.

Because the far higher rating indicates that the character is likely much stronger than the current tier but doesn't have the hard evidence to justify it.

If Saitama was kept at 5-C the rating could be added, but because he upscales the only modifier he can have is "At least" since he's stronger than the minor gap between the ratings but by an unknown degree.
