2. Takehaya in prime, has Butterfly Knives, Geminus Anguium: Ouroboros, Susano'o Unit & Hax, reveals True Form, and enters Ghost Form.

3. Rimuru in prime, is End of Series, and has Demon Lord's Ring, Anti-Magic Mask, Magic Coat, Anti-Demon Mask, Kimono, Wolf Outwear, Katana, Magic/Demon Steel, Dead End Rainbow & Bladed Storm/Veldora Sword, and becomes Supreme Deity.

4. 1-on-1 death battle.

5. No interference or holding back allowed.

Takehaya is actually 5-A physically with 2-A/Low 1-C with Hax.
 
base Terumi stomped Rimuru back when the first Blazblue revisions happened, what makes you think this updated Terumi in his strongest key is totally fair against Rimuru?
