Simple enough, Tony never had the best experience interacting with enhanced super soldiers like Cap and Bucky, so what if he had to deal with an enhanced Super Spy instead?

• Taiyo Starts off the battle in True Spring Blooming - (Above 2.91 Megatons of TNT)
• Iron Man is in the Mark 45 Suit from Age of Ultron - (2.83 Megatons of TNT | 47 Megatons with Lasers and 53 Gigatons with Unibeam)
• Neither have any prior intel on each other
• Speed is equalized
• Victory by Knockout or Kill
• They start 500m apart from each other
• Battle Takes place in evacuated Sokovia, although the city is not at risk of falling here

I guess this fight is about whether Tony can hit Taiyo with either his lasers or Unibeam to one-shot Taiyo since any other moves is going to be null by Taiyo’s Damage Reduction or not effective given Taiyo’s Heat and Sound Resistance which would help him no sell Tony’s missiles and sonic blasts (although Taiyo’s justification has it that he would survive Asa’s meteor which is calculated to be 7-B+ iirc, so perhaps the lasers won’t be as potent due to Taiyo’s stronk Damage Reduction)

There is the option of Tony stalling Taiyo out as beyond 10 minutes, it become dangerous for Taiyo to fight at TSB

Basically yes.
Tony has a few other advantages
Since Taiyo doesn’t have prior knowledge
If Taiyo gets a Yae slash on Tony’s armor he’s going to try electrocuting him

However Tony is able to absorb electricity such as Thor’s lightning, so while it may not instantly get him to the 475% overcharge
It takes Yae’s electrical attacks or paralysis inducement completely off the table

Tony’s unibeam is not that large of an attack and Taiyo has low mid regeneration
So Tony needs to either hit him in the head with it or his heart (and by heart I mean destroy completely since he can fight if it’s only merely damaged)

Tony has his info analysis that can break down Taiyo’s martial arts, which may initially surprise Taiyo, although thanks to his analytical prediction and instinctive action he has the capabilities to get around this or maybe switch up his tactics in response

Tony may try keeping in the air to try zoning out Taiyo, especially since Taiyo would now be reluctant to use Yae for its electricity. But since Sokovia is a city, Taiyo could just jump after him with his pseudo flight.

Smaller thing to add, but due to the obscene gap in lifting strength,
Taiyo may be able to completely pry out Tony’s arc reactor if he figures out that’s the power source of the suit, although that’s high risk since Tony could fire unibeam out of there instead.
(Or Taiyo just tears off Pieces of his armor like Thanos did against him in Infinity war)

I am seeing that Iron Man’s laser are Speed of Light, so Iron Man’s chances to hit Taiyo with Laser or Unibeam and one-shot him are good, but Iron Man has to aim it at Taiyo, who has some good Analytical Prediction and Perception Amplification to let him predict Iron Man’s aiming.

Overall, I think Taiyo wins, since most of his kit just outright nullify Iron Man’s ability to even harm him, with the only options literally being the Lasers and Unibeam. Not to mention, throughout the whole fight, Iron Man will have to constantly try to locate Taiyo since Yozakura’s Stealth is a thing (A noice Taiyo is basically undetectable by normal people when he wasn’t even trying). Iron Man can take to the sky, but Taiyo is capable of following, albeit in a linear manner, and their ranges are the same so Taiyo can retaliate back when Iron Man try to hit him with long distance shots.

So Taiyo 9/10. Iron Man has some chances to stall things out if he knows of Taiyo’s form time limit and could get lucky with his one-shot moves, but give what Taiyo got, his chances of winning g is slim.
