Skill and pressure point strikes vs versatility, slight AP advantage and... whatever her summoning does?
Tai Lung probably would win if he gets off the pressure point strikes, but he doesn't lead with that. So uh, how does her abilities work? Summoning in particular

Yeah, the comments box told me not to make a post like this unless I'm contributing to a Vs Thread, which I'm gonna do now. Senran Kagura logic is screwy when it comes to the girls to the point where, if you were to go about tearing off one of the girls' clothes, they just get weaker. Tai Lung has claws. I'm pretty sure that as soon as he tears off bits of Katsuragi's clothes, Tai Lung would have figured out Katsu's weakness and have taken advantage of it. For combat's sake, of course; Tai Lung's kinda sadistic.
Gonna have to give it to Tai Lung should he figure out Katsu's weakness.
