Basically this.
If it can be considered some sort of feat performed by rotating the planet, moving the moon or something.
Whether or not it would scale to attack power, is something I will have to figure out, otherwise I think it can be akin to enviromental destruction.

Either time manipulation or a pocket reality where it is always night, but you would need explicit proof of that, so I would just say time manipulation
