Alright, so for some reason we don't accept this statement despite absolutely nothing contradicting it. It says that Shin is equal to Goku during the Cell Games given his caution to Dabura or something along those lines but it's an official source stating where Shin would be aside from being stronger than a 7-Year TimeskipTrained Piccolo who should at least be Cell Jr. Level given despite Cell stating that only Vegeta and Trunks could hold their own, we literally see Piccolo not getting super blatantly stomped and even getting into struggles with them and he's only gotten stronger since then and the fact that he can One-Shot Frieza but that one's not as impressive. We literally have no reason to assume that Shin is Fodder when he sees SSJ2 Gohan and still assumes that even with his help that they would all have to jump Pui Pui so it's not like Babidi's Minions are Fodder either so you make that argument that he's trash.

Not the best quality but it's the only one I could find on short notice and it's also not in English but you get the point.

I translated this scan some time ago for something similar, im latin tho

I still don't know if power levels are used in this wiki. I think they were only official until the Cell saga, from then on they were only fan made power levels.

Power levels were relevant until the Frieza Saga, the last confirmed PL is SSJ Goku (150,000,000) and Frieza at his 100% (120,000,000)

But IIRC, these were official until the end of the Cell saga.

Also...

*******. Cringe.

We Latin Americans don't call them that. We have no plural inflection for them. We just call multiple Super Saiyans "Super Saiyajin".
it's a guide made in japan but released in spain. shueisha likely used a machine translator when making it since it's very sloppily put together, saying stuff like vegeta didnt have the power to destroy the earth (despite later saying he did, and that a battle power of 10k does too), calling gohan goku or goten gohan, just having horrible punctuation, etc

I don't know what to tell you, it says "it can be deduced that he has the same strength as Goku during the Cell Game", and before that it says "he doesn't surpass the fighting strength of super saiyans", referring to the current ones.

The rest of the page is worthless.

Uhh, so about the deduction part, this is kinda worthless, because just because Cell stomps Goku and Dabura stomps Shin, doesn't mean Goku = Shin. The logic is faulty since Cell stomps everyone in the Cell Games sans SSJ2 Gohan.

It could refer to Base Goku in Cell Games rather than SSJ Goku, as they never specify the form, but idk

The part with "he doesn't surpass the power of the Super Saiyans" also refers to this, since Gohan's power stagnated during the 7 years, meaning Shin would be far inferior to even Gohan, while Goku is relative to Gohan given he forced Cell to fight somewhat seriously, even forcing him to use his barrier to block Goku's attack, with Cell commenting that he's the only one who can give him a good fight (before Gohan). Considering the statement doesn't mention the era, this could also refer to Cell Saga Super Saiyans such as Goku or Gohan

Shin on the other hand, is weaker than Pui-Pui, who even the saiyans such as Gohan or Vegeta can stomp in their Base forms, so it could be referring to Shin being = Base Cell Games Goku.

Vegeta was also only stated to surpass Gohan with SSJ2 after the Majin powerup, and that with his full power SSJ2 Gohan would be > SSJ2 Vegeta (Pre-Majin). That would also mean Base Gohan > Base Vegeta at the time he killed Pui-Pui

Meaning: Base Gohan > Base Vegeta >>> Pui-Pui > Shin (given how scared he was from him)

Shin isn't weaker than Pui Pui, he's just a coward.
