Supernatural Willpower is good, it fits.
The same for Vegeta, he resisted Mind control by pride and willpower alone. I don't have the scans from the manga, though.

As for the manga panels I don't think there's anything that explicitly states it , the assumption is just based on his "pride" speech i guess

They could've missed over it in the profile. You didn't even say when the mindhax resisting occurred, that comment was flat out rude. Someone else was capable of respectfully correcting Starter, so why couldn't you have done the same?

The problem wasn't with your inquisitive nature or disbelief that was considered rude to Starter, what was rude was this statement:

Starter wasn't rude to you for asking for proof, as he didn't make any sort of attack on you or your character, just asked for evidence from you, sure it may come off as annoying to someone more knowledgeable, but he's asking for the sake of clarification, so I don't see why he needs to apologize to you here.
If anything, we shouldn't derail the thread when it's evidently close to a conclusion over some outrage, it's nonsensical, okay? Just take a breather.

They can still be found, after that there's Vegeta fighting against Goku and some more of him not following Babidi's orders.
After the fight Goku also says that Vegeta allowed Babidi to breach into his mind to get the power up, but still never bent to his will.

Saman wants to know what to write as justification for the power on the profile, it could probably be a general statement that applies to all the characters so it can be copied + pasted quickly.
Something like "[[Supernatural Willpower]] (x is capable of insert feat here, which would require said ability as a result)"
Not the best example, but I hope this helps you understand what they are asking for.
