For Supernatural Willpower, the page states that a character needs an explicit statement of possessing extraordinary willpower. In this case, Goku does have the statement, having survived and benefitted from the Ultra Divine Water which requires a supernatural will and fighting spirit. Vegeta, unfortunately, does not have this kind of statement, not in the manga or the Daizenshuu. All you would need to break out of hypnosis, which Vegeta did not even seem to be in the first place, is Resistance to Mind Manipulation.

Vegeta purposefully allowed himself to be controlled by Babidi and even then, he was unaffected by Babidi's influence, destroying part of the World Martial Arts Tournament's arena and battling Goku on his own violation. This was not an act of Supernatural Willpower, Vegeta was just built different resistant to his powers.

This was not an act of Supernatural Willpower, Vegeta was just built different resistant to his powers.

He allowed himself to be control at the beginning. But Babidi try to control him and make him do what he wanted which Vegeta had to fight back against. As you can see him struggling to fight for control literally in the scan
