Given that they're about the same in Round 1, while Asura is at least High 4-A, I'd personally give this to Asura due to his Full-Powered Unlimited form's absolute minimum being Multi-Solar System+ while Pre-Crisis Superman is only likely regular 4-A and just simply Multi-Solar System, without the +.

I already had doubts Superman could pull out a win, but the downgrade to 4-B pretty much makes me think Asura will win for sure.

I mean it COULD be inconclusive due to Supes' insane speed, but unless someone can convince me that it's inconclusive then I will say Asura wins.

You're forgetting Superman's insane durability. At the very least, this is inconclusive.

I'm with Natse at the least. The durability outmatches Asura's, and phasing can override durability. I know at least one Supes has it. PC Supes even beats the stronger-than-Asura SSJ4 Goku on this site.
