Yesh she could soul absorb but Kal could erase her memory or destroy her at the quantum level.

One character resisting something doesn't mean that another gets it. Character A can be weaker than Character B but have more resistances. In addition, resisting Sub-Atomic is not a durability feat, it's simply a resitance feat. As it stands, Mistress 9 has no resistances on her profile. If she's missing something, then a CRT needs to be made for her.

As for calcs, I have no clue with Sailor Moon. Superman doesn't have an actual calc, his tier comes from him and another character moving an entire galaxy with telekinesis.
