Don't think it matters much tbh. People have differing opinions on scaling, even in one community. While the arguments presented aren't wrong, they aren't correct either and ignores quite a lot of stuff. Also LS and AP is being confused which is eh.
In any case, Superman is extremely inconsistent. He has some insanely high tier feats but also has like legit tier 8 and 7 feats, even in rebirth iirc

I think it depends on the era. For example Pre-DoS Superman was consistently tier 7 (surviving from nukes, lifting mountains etc.), but Post-IC Superman has clear tier 4-5 feats (moving planets, surviving from supernovas etc.).
