3x speed and strength buff on top of Chihiro being a better fighter is a pretty big advantage. I guess Supes could wait Chihiro out with flight and heat vision, or keep him back with Super Breath. If Chihiro corners him then maybe he could use Krypto to get a little distance. Not sure yet

They don't seem particularly useful? Supes is a very face to face fighter so there's not really a scenario where ES and ESP would come in handy. Does his IA have any other feats, such as allowing him to instinctively avoid attacks?

And AD too. His Analytical Prediction honestly seems more dangerous than all of the abilities you have mentioned even when Supes already fought someone with a similar ability and didn't immediately lose.

Chihiro starts out 3x weaker and needs Nishiki to match Supes' AP. It also doesn't seem to increase his durability according to the profile. Other than that, yeah, a 3x speed amp is really nice.
