Superman has the mobility advantage, what with his small size and flight. He also has a lifting strength advantage that allows him to pin down Godzilla or BFR him to space like he did Doomsday.
They seem evenly matched in power and neither have immediately effective regeneration, at least as far as staving off lethal injuries.
I'm giving my vote to Superman for now, via eventually beating him into submission or sending him to space. Might change depending on any new information on how Godzilla's powers work.
