Absolutely disagree

This only happens when Steppenwolf kills Parademons; Diana says outright that's what happens and we see tons of characters survive hits from Steppenwolf without issue including Diana and Cyborg so really this should only qualify as a kind of Necromancy. I'd also note you're using a clip from "Zack Snyder's Justice League" which is not canon (read blog for reference) and is mostly on the pages for cultural relevance if nothing else and even then, the Snyder Steppenwolf doesn't have the Parademon making feat at all since he's not in the invasion of Earth (where the statement comes from) and it's explicitly the Motherboxes that are capable of making you Parademons in the Snyder Cut.

I'm wondering how this got three ok's

Oh, I mixed up the two. My bad, then yeah, I also disagree.

I'd also note the Transmuting thing is said here in the TC's history Lesson for specificity's sake and the context makes it fairly apparent we're looking at Necromancy
I see, so in order to Transmute them into Parademons, they first need to be killed, hence why Supes or Diana can take so many hits.
