Simple CRT, Superman's intelligence has been rated at a above average rating for a while now when he's displayed feats befitting that of gifted level intelligence.
He has the ability to speak EVERY language on Earth and has on many occasions shown to do so when he saves people in different parts of the world (not something remotely possible with just above average intelligence)
He has also been shown to be able to perform a precise bullet removal surgery using his heat vision that if done even slightly wrong would've killed the victim, something that would take incredible skill and knowledge to navigate through.(couldn't find the full clip)
Other than that he in general has high combat IQ and skill and has on many occasions been shown to be a very skilled fighter when depowered and powered up normally being able to outskill many highly skilled and trained enemies at once and use his environments and abilities in creative ways to defeat opponents and save live on a regular basis.
