They're not too far in AP, but Flash has stat amp, intangibility to phase, regen, better flight and, though he likely won't use it, time travel. I think he takes this

Honestly, I feel like the moment the flash steps on the battlefield he'd be caught in a clutch. And from there he can't move his legs and Robin just snaps his neck.

Aside from maybe Brook, Robin feels like the most hax member of the crew, and is a bit underused imo. Since speed is equalized, and Flash can't blitz, I don't see why she wouldn't go for her go to move. Which makes it so Flash wouldn't be able to move his legs to actually run anyway.

What Liten said is correct. With 6 months of prep she will be prepared for the fight right before Flash puts a step on the battlefield.

And we've seen that Robin can restrain and clutch enemies stronger and faster than herself.

Yeah. With prep and speed equalized, Robin should win this. The Flash utilizes his speed to defeat his opponent. The fact that it is equalized here nerfs him a lot. But without it equalized, Flash would blitz Robin easily. Robin immediately goes for incapacitation in all of her fights, so I vote for her.
