This doesn't apply to a single character tho, nobody in Smash Bros would get 2-A from this. At best depending on how far you wanna take it you could maybe bump up Galeems range.

And? It's straight up said the parallel universes are created as a result of people taking different actions not because Master Hand actually created them. Palutena says "Link's actions as the Hero of Time created parallel worlds", nothing about Master Hand creating them. Kinda hard to apply anything beyond the creation of the standard Smash Bros universe to him when the other timelines are explicitly a result of people taking different actions.

Master Hand has shown himself inferior to entities from his own universe, being controlled by Tabuu, and reproduced en masse by Galeem, in addition to the fact that the fighters canonically get to fight him and apparently defeat him (which makes questionable the fact that he escalates to his cosmology, when every important character in the verse has been able to defeat him).
