Opening:​

After being defeated by Luffy's Golden Rifle, Enel's tooth is knocked out of his mouth. Shortly after, he flies to the moon on his Ark Maxim which then begins the Enel's Great Space Operations Cover Story and during which we can see he has a full set of teeth despite there not being a single dentist in sight.

A tooth seems like on the same level as fingers, toes and ears? If not, then probably Mid-Low.

I would say mark it as limited high low regen and just explain how long it takes for him to regen teeth in the justification.

That pm makes it being not applicable to combat self evident without having to word it especially different
