Summer Time Rendering Revision; Low Tier Downgrade and Shinpei Upgrade

Straight to the point.

Currently Shinpei and those who scale to him like Sou or Ginjiro are rated 9-C for;

Attack Potency: Street level physically (Comparable to those who can harm him. Stabbed through Shadow Mio's real body with a knife with enough force to burst a hole through her body[87][Statistics Values 1])

Debunks​

Firstly, The verse lacks any form of AP scaling between the humans inverse on a chain scale level. The whole series, the only human who was able to harm Shinpei who was Mio who threw a shower at him which is obviously comedic relief lol, aka a example of Plot-Induced Stupidity and Inconsistency. Sou did restrain him but that's more of LS than AP tbh.

Secondly, Since the powerscaling meta is destroyed, his supporting feat is also questionable.... Shadow's can be killed by striking their shadow's with enough force to kill a human in one blow and yet in his linked supporting, it visibly took numerous stabs with a knife to Mio's shadow to kill her... This means he isn't outputting force enough to kill a human in one blow especially with a literal knife and there's no way to determine how much force he'd output with a single stab.

AP Rating Changes​

Instead of 3.5KJ 9-C, their AP sections will look like this based on their logical feats proposed.​

Ginjiro

Street level (Should be physically superior to the teenagers as he is an experienced Hunter.[9] Haine implies Ginjiro is just as much of a threat as Hizuru as they're able to kill shadows[10][Statistics Values 1])

Note: 9-Cs will now be rated 300 Joules (Assuming 300 Joules can kill humans in one blow) for being able to kill Shadow by striking their main body in presumably one hit.

Shinpei Durability Upgrade ​
