Subjective Reality Question

Now, does this mean we assume turning someone into a non-physical fantasy/dream/illusion = EE/NEP granting?
It would depend on the context - particularly whether this non-physical "fantasy/dream/illusion" is treated as something explicitly "non-existent". I could imagine theoretical instances in which, for example, turning someone into a "dream" would just mean turning them into a non-physical (but still "real") form; in such a case, it wouldn't be EE/NEP (or probably even Subjective Reality in the first place for that matter).

It's difficult to give a single universal rule here that wouldn't inevitably cause problems in specific circumstances, but examples of feats like this should ideally be supported with evidence suggesting turning them into a "fantasy/dream/illusion" was explicitly making them "no longer real".
