If a character can stand or move in higher gravity conditions (which is specified to be their strength and not a natural resistance to higher gravity), is that a form of LS? Like if a character can move in an environment that has hundreds of times higher gravity than Earth.

Also for the example I gave, what's the estimation of their LS class?

Yes.

He will be able to support 100 times his weight, so on average 5000Kg. So he will have Class 10 LS (assuming his weight can be more than 50Kg).
