STRONGEST ON FCOC! — Ranking of the Most Powerful Characters by Tier

I noticed High 6-B has yet to be taken, so I think it's finally time to throw Hecate into the ring

So, Hecate's High6-B key is her Ultimate Slimy Mech Mk. 2 with Mother Mode active. This opens up a bunch of abilities to her, so I'll summarize the most important ones here:
  • Size and Elasticity: I guess the 'main gimmick' of the Slimy Mech both in Mk. 1 and 2 is the fact that it is pretty large, with Mk. 2 being increased from the first variation as the body of it is 35 meters tall and wide while the tentacles base length extends 50 meters beyond that, making it 85 meters on the sides. However, these tentacles are SUPER stretchy. In Mk. 2 they can stretch to 75 Kilometers out. Considering a lot of hecate's arsenal relies on cannons within these tentacles, the sheer amount of them and their ability to stretch makes it pretty dangerous.
  • Starry Slimy System: Hecate's mech regeneration system is pretty powerful. It's strong even for the High-Mid regen it provides because it pushes it to the limit of what it can do. After the regenerative process (which is surprisingly quick for its size too), the Mech multiplies its own defenses to the point of the attack forcing her to regenerate doing negligible damage the next time.
  • Energy Nullification barriers: Slimy Mk. 2 has a barrier that can be stacked on top of each other five times over that turns the power and effects of energy blasts, beams, etc into nothing upon hitting them by completely absorbing the power, making those who rely on attacks like that pretty much hopeless. This applies to heat-based stuff as well like Helios' blasts and durability negating blasts like from Suru. They can be destroyed by massive physical blows, but the recovery time for a single layer is very fast unless all five are destroyed which would extend it.
  • Acrobatics: Hecate's mech is massive but capable of moving around and fighting so efficiently that a martial arts master like Akumo is impressed with it
  • Auras: She is capable of stealing passive auras from enemies even if said auras are central to the opponent's programming, like with Neso's Super Suppression Field. She's only shown doing this to robotic-like enemies, but it's still of note. The aura she did steal gave her the permanent ability to activate the aura herself, said aura being able to passively drain all the stamina of those within 150 meters of the mech's main body.
  • Instinct: Slimy Mk. 2 is able to split apart just before it is attacked (even by spams and/or danmaku) in a similar way as Monsoon from Metal Gear. This makes it even harder to hit her than it was already.
  • Adaptation: Hecate's mech can adapt to planetary changes in gravity, whether, etc. and has a reactionary battle system that slowly raises her attack and speed in battle but also reacts differently when attacked and depending on the actions she takes.
  • Durability Negation: Hecate can sprout swords that quantum decoherence in the things she slashes which basically causes them to fall apart regardless of how their cells/body are made up.
  • Intelligence: Hecate is stupidly intelligent, having solved a nearly impossible cipher and speaking dozens of different languages (which she just picked up when she was really small on accident due to her intellect), made a machine which can convert trashy materials to good ones, is a faster thinker than a bunch of combined upgrades supercomputers (the highest grade of the WPA), has been said to have an immeasurable IQ and can process one sextillion future visions and came out of it with just a small headache which went away after a few moments. She isn't as battle-smart as Cobalt for instance, but her sheer thinking speed and knowledge of her mech makes her even more dangerous to fight anyway. She knows what her mechs do and how to utilize them properly. She's even been known to use every ability she has all at once after minimal thinking and she's super good at planning based on all available information (she has information analysis which helps her out too).

There's plenty more but I think this is enough for now since no one else is in that spot

I'll nominate Kane (Warlords) for 8-B and 2nd place 7-C

He has a very wide range of potent, if not smurfy, resistances; is basically unbeatable in a straight fight without huge stat differences due to various layers of healing, immortality, and stat amps of his own; and if the fight lasts long enough he can make any of a wide range of ****** alchemic concoctions, the most relevant of which are Pheromone (Mind manip strong enough to affect inanimate objects and souls), Polymorphine (Turns people into sheep without any of their normal abilities, including resistances or immortalities), and Ambrosia (Immunity to basically any damage, including curses, nuclear fusion/fission (this is not a joke), and basically everything else in Noita)

His second key takes all of this and goes absolutely buck wild with him being able make or rapidly gain a number of potent abilities on top of generally being exceedingly fucky, with passive attack reflection, the ability to teleport attacks or other people to another universe and grind them into nothing under essentially infinite time dilation, and theoretically being able to create entirely new Daos (functionally equivalent to concepts though the exact definition is a lot more complex) to use against people in a pinch

Lmao, Caribbean Ergen alchemical cultivator.

I remember this guy.

I think I should create my own character profile. Rakih Elyan with white magic and Eternity Sword is op lol.

If this is an Er Gen fan character, would he not have Tier 1 smurf stuff?

This is how I can tell your only exposure to Er Gen characters is Little Treasure

Anyways, no lol. It's also not an Er Gen fan character (That is something else I have in my sandbox /s)

Nominating Reverse Flash for strongest 4-C. Practically unkillable with phasing, casualty, and immesurable speed plus his time travel and existence erasure are some insane hax. Not to mention he was playing around with Goku Black the whole fight and still won.

1. Moro (Dragon Ball RWBY) (Reasons)
Modded Steve raw dogged Moro in his creative keys with his 4 layered (via authority level) 4-D CM, info manip type 2, invul, high-godly regen, law manip, EE and death manip via command. He also have resistance to 4-D High-Godly regen neg up to 3 layers.

Also his infinite stats amp and stats reduction.

Statistics Amplification and Statistics Reduction (can amplify their own attribute and reduce another with /attribute and /effect by the integer limits)

Make him first on 3-A, High 3-A, Low 2-C, 2-C and 2-B.

For his 5-C key, Steve can stall these guys with his immortality I think.

About that EE part

Moro has that too, and resists this and can use Preservation Energy to nullify Destruction Energy. Here's a reminder of what Destruction energy can do

Steve have that on 4 layers tho.

Also bro doesn't resist Steve /ban, which erase you on info type 2 and potentially type 3 concept level up to 3 and 4 layers.

He can also teleport to another universe via his 2-B range /tp, and target Moro via /data that erase him on info type 2 and law level or reduce his stats to zero with that.

Even if his immortality lasted, Joshua could still incapacitate them by just standing at the ready with their field on 100,000% for 24 hours, which would count for incapacitation by Standard Battle Assumptions since they'd be constantly subatomized without any effort from Joshua. That said, Hyper Synchronicity is a power meant to deal specifically with a High-Godly regenerator, and it's sealing works on a bit of a higher scale than just trapping someone's soul.

He just stands there and incaps

Damien Macintosh for High 7-A. He's a very powerful character for the Tier 7 due to his powers and life permanence so I believe he could be in 1st place

He can absorb people's biological matter to enhance his strength temporarily, which also negates their durability and bodily immortality, he also has a high level or regeneration, being capable of reconstructing himself fully from a single cell, and if desperate times call for desperate measures, he can infect people with his own biology to rebirth himself through them, taking over their body and killing them outright. His body mass can also expand and enhance to create weaponry sharper than razor and change his own biology to either dodge attacks or to be more agile. He can also move, attack and react at hypersonic speeds, giving him the chance to demolish any and every enemy who cannot reach his velocity, so I believe he's a very good contender for High 7-A.
This was never added (Probably because the profile's structured in such a way that High 7-A seems like a specific attack), but it occurs that The Mad Dog as of Castle Chaos is a solid contender there

Against Damien specifically, he doesn't actually have any biological material to absorb, so he just can't use his main ability (or even touch him, given a lack of non-physical interaction) while Fen can just possess him in turn to overcome their innate resilience

In general, Fen's an experienced fighter that can corrupt the essence of enemies to control them as if it's his darkness, which he can also use to totally black out an area at the speed of light to blind them while he's totally fine (And even ESP wouldn't cut it, since as a being of darkness he'd be indistinguishable from the environment Energeiawise). Even if he's killed, he has a failsafe to just possess the opponent immediately after. Cut and dry, but it's a bit hard to get past and it doesn't seem like a lot else has stepped up to that plate

Gunnix for 2nd 6-B. Both on planets to be concurred and in a Country Class Tourney he was submitted (and won), Gunnix showed to be a 20 meters walking superweapon machine quietly sitting on deadly depths of his 4-level arsenal, versatile in most battle situations, and becoming exponentially more deadly with fellow FU army members and another Gunnixes. He has 6-B stats in all ways in his second key, and can further boost higher with Charged State, and momentarily far higher via absorbing Red Laser Shard at once.

Gunnix is famous for his three combat advantages:
-Very potent and universal Matter Hax: To all attacks able of being enhanced with Red Laser energy, Gunnix can add a feature to attack just bonds between atoms of targetted targets, functionating as a very deadly form of durability negation, besides density able to finish most opponents with just several of his shots, where he can produce tens of thousands into all sides when becoming at least somewhat focused at the fight. Together with his 'Matter Control' and other haxxes manipulating matter, able to shape the environment to his benefit, this presents a very dangerous threat to entire armies standing before him.

-Unexpected Sound Manipulation: Another strong offensive side of Gunnix is the capability to transform any red armor parts on his body into known objects, namely into giant loudspeakers. These can produce specific sounds in heavy AOE into the area around him with speeds denying 'what sound should be capable of traveling', inputting deadly effects on their listeners, able to get into their thinking just by traveling through any piece of their body connected to it. These effects include strong paralysis able to immobilize those resisting it, sleep hax, emphatic hax, causing constant critical internal damages to all beings in range, and even affect the workings of their powers.

-Capabilities of previous levels: Transformable red armor parts allow Gunnix not only to represent his own arsenal, but even arsenals of his previous levels, including FU Android Soldier, FU Plus-Droid, and Spagmatron. Not only he can produce their attacks and techniques in numbers of dozens, but can also combine them at once, including their 'Charged States', to create magnificent combos carrying countless attacking/defensive methods.

I don't strive in the first place not due to the extreme arsenal of the spot holder, but due to a greatly unlucky matchup of powers, with whose I believe he would edge out eventually.
