It dosn't need to bypass regen. It just kills them. Mid-High regen isn't that strong in this context.

Even if DemiMeramon kills Slender it just becomes him. Slender can eat it's soul (Maybe). Heck, Slender can cause DemiMeramon to trip and fall into a pond with passive probablility manipulation.

Basically it's Lucius the Eternal but cutting out the middleman and without emotional restriction. The tripping thing was a joke, but Slender does have passive probability manipulation.

Also, Slender should still be in 9-B for speed unequalized because omnipresence.
