obviously this

I'm still wondering what the logistics of deciding whether one weapon wins against another would be, though.
I assume we would give each weapon to a theoretical neutral wielder that has no abilities besides what the weapon grants (and the superhuman stats needed to use it as its tier). Then these wielders would fight in a vs thread and whoever wins gets the spot.
That sounds easy on paper, but in detail, there are so many aspects to consider.

To name a few:
  1. Say you have a sword vs a mecha. The mecha has its own speed tier, the sword not. So how fast would we assume the sword's wielder to be? I guess the easiest solution would be to make all matches speed equal.
  2. How skilled is the user? How well do they know the weapon's functions? How creative are they? One could say each wielder has full mastery of the weapon, so that we see them wielded at peak performance, but that would be kinda unfair for weapons that can supernaturally grant the wielder skill in wielding them. So.... would the wielder by default just get average mastery?
  3. What about power supply? Some weapons need the wielder to supply them with tons of power to work, quickly tiring out the wielder, while others have a built in power supply to power themselves. What would a fair amount of power for the wielder to have?

How about what hax the weapon has

In which sense? Like, I expect it to factor into the vs-thread as usual?
