Gonna point out that draggy can only:

Stat amp his attack and dura, stat reduce the enemy lightly, steal/absorb some more AP and dura and use fire attacks.

Summoning another bakugan needs for the dude he is supposed to be fighting with to have one, which ain't true here.

Dragonoid's profile don't really separate nothing on his abilities part, and apparently he can do much more than just Amp his AP, or i am missing something here and the profile is not really right

That is the amount of energy the clouds release normally. To create one, you'd need to condansate the clouds, which is definitly higher.

What is being used now would be like mesuering the amount of energy a storm releases, and using that for all storm creation feats.
