Probably a bad idea and a stomp for one side or the other. Let's see!

Vaeru fighting The Avatar of Calamity, first key. Neither has prep time though both have prior knowledge. Fight takes place in Cainhurst Castle. Speed equalized and all that good stuff.

Who wins and why?

The Shade Lord:

Mutate Wraith:

Incon:

Okay so

How many ways exactly does Vaerun take out tentical Powernull hentai?

Dunno tbh. Never used AoC.

What's the main shtick and how good is it?

Mimicry and Powernull Hentai I believe if I remember the span correctly

Any idea how good the Power Null is? Or Mimicry? D&D resists both through...

1. Literally tons of things for Power Null, most common being able to pierce through Spell Resistance

2. Several spells such as Simulacrum (think that's the name?) that copy a target's abilities and put them into a clone

I think Powernull bypasses Resistances

But Vaerun already floors them anyway considering the tenticals come from the Avatar directly with no attempt at stealth and Vaerun can murder their everything with a word

Ah.

So no resistance to death.

Right so Vaerun speaketh.

Vaerun can neg Resurrection with normal spells (Soul Bind and stuff). Can't neg Mid-Godly.

Can they neg ressurection that brings back body mind and soul despite whatever forkery comes about it?

I mean

Probably not?

In D&D when you die, your soul/consciousness goes to your deity, hence why you get XP for dying. Presumably, Resurrection Negation prevents that, but by wiki standards Vaerun sure as hell isn't negging Mid-Godly-Equivalency.

So killing them probably isn't an option. But other hax I'd assume to incap are on the table.
