Nothing forbids them from making it up anyway, since they seem inclined to keep going with the raid bosses. SiRn versions of Terry and Mai can have the various additional crazy bullshit they get in some KoF games, so it's not even like they don't have a pool from which to draw.

Speaking of which, I have to make a CRT to add Shin Bison to his 9-A key since, like Akuma, even his playable version can enter such a state through cumbersome maneuvers.

Yeah, the only exception I can think of is that weird sliding kick launcher he has in '98 UM and I think Real Bout 2(???).

Isnt Shin Bison in other games outside SF6? Why specifically his current self gets it

I'm using Shin impropriately just because it fits, I wouldn't be using the word in the actual profile. Iirc Shin Bison as an entity/trasnformation ir just in the EX series and in canon he appears in Alpha but simply with a drugged up AI, higher teleportation spam and a bigger, fatter, chunkier **** off Psaycho Crasha!, not even as a transformation (unlike Shin Akuma) so he isn't really relevant.
in SF6 he doesn't become Shin, but gets SiRN Bison's moves by doing a taunt while the opponent has a psycho mine implanted into them.

So they suggest Ryu will deal with Evil Ryu/Kage again despite all SF5 did was tell how he moved forward from the power in the lore, aka pull a Bison
Necalli can exist in any time period due to being the living Satsui no Hado, SF5 had a lot of it hence his appearance.

SF5's story implied that Kage is the manifestation of the Satsui no Hado itself, not just Ryu's, since he appeared to Sagat and Akuma as well. If Nakayama's idea of Kage is the same of whoever wrote Kage's story in SFV, then he may be referring to the fact that Kage may indirectly haunt him through other users of the SnH.
Never, tbh, this is completely new stuff. He is attracted by the SnH, just like he was attracted by Psycho Power and Yoga, i.e. powerful energy sources, but only because he is meant to prevent doomsday. Anyway, this bit may give him Resurrection and Immortality 4 and 8.

Thing is, Akuma clearly didnt choose his way and banished Kage, Sagat atm is missing from the game till he could be a DLC possibly in the future which excludes him from them unless they go about some randoms being the cause if his return
Even if he was to return from others, Ryu has no reason to be affected by this, its pointed clearly Kage cant exist if Ryu will do the way he does like in the character story, he isnt worried by this point anymore, going back to Ryu struggling again just makes the issue comic book characters have, gotta fulfill a status quo, cant remain changed
Him being a living SnH just makes it somewhat similar to Kage in some aspects now
