Stray Cat Downgrades

Stray Cat is said to have Massively FTL attack/combat speed for "keeping up with Stand users" and "blitzing Kira", but that argument isn't sufficient for two main reasons:

1. Stray Cat's air bubbles are mostly invisible. Even if it moves really slowly (and it does), you won't be able to see it until it's right up on you. "Blitzing" Kira isn't even something that should be said if it was caught by surprise. He didn't know Hayato had Stray Cat until it was too late. It's the same thing with what happened to Shinobu. And we've seen numerous times where it has done surprise attacks like this before.

2. "Keeping up with Stand users" is again, pretty exaggerated when most of the time they're either not taking a single step or barely moving. Kira even says it's moving slowly here. Either everyone has been moving so MFTL it's amazing or Stray Cat's attack/combat speed is not MFTL. Reactions should be fine though for this scene.

He's also labeled as Large Building level for "injuring Kira". I mean yeah we see some blood but surprise he isn't even hurt in the end. The second occassion is already pictured, but those were just small bubbles that entered his bloodstream. What's weird for his AP is that it uses the bombs that Kira uses. They do harm Josuke and Okuyasu, yes, but should that really count to Stray Cat's AP even if it's boosted by Kira's bombs? The best we see it do is chip off a tree without the bombs, with bombs (and without scaling) we see it blow up this portion of a house.

Things are feelin' fishy about this plant cat.

you have a point it didn't keep up with Kira just made it hard to see him before its too late and also the hax seems to bypass dura at a certain point and boosted by kira's bombs shouldn't count

If they can damage someone with that level of durability, then yes they scale to it in AP as well. Especially if it drew blood.

Even if it was a surprise attack, Kira couldn't really react to Stray Cat. Not even attempt to dodge or block or anything.

Being caught off guard doesn't excuse you getting hit by a gun (Stray Cat) that not only fires very slowly but also has a bullet that travels very slowly.

If Stray Cat truly didn't have reactions at least comparable to Kira, pretty sure Kira could have just moved out of the way. At least TRY something to defend himself.

I've really said all I have to say about this downgrade.

I agree with downgrading it in combat speed and keeping the reactions, but I don't agree with downgrading it in AP and Dura, as if you can damage someone with that level of durability, then your AP should scale as well. That's the way we do things here.

Perhaps Below Average attack speed via bubbles? Since they've been stated to be moving very slowly.

Like towards the beginning of the fight between Josuke and Co. and Kira, where Kira was doing the math to figure out how long it would take for a bubble to reach Josuke. There, it is clearly shown that the bubble takes several seconds to reach Josuke when he's just down the sidewalk.
