Is speed equalized as to make their projectiles the same speed, or no? Supes' Heat Vision is SoL by its nature. As well, Steven without his shields is Country Level. Supes would definitely have the AP to potentially one-shot him if he can get around the shields.

There had been a big thread not too long ago about speed equalization and what it means, and how it should be applied. I thought it was best to ask, in light of that.

Regardless of that, I think Supes' best shot would be to tire Steven out. He has way better stamina; wear Steven down, and go in for the KO.

i'd edited my post and walked away before submitting it. but my current vote is Supes, tbh. Steven's stamina is only above average, compared to Supes' high stamina. If he couldn't break through the shields, he could wear Steven down trying, long before he winded himself.

How exactly would he wear Steven down by punching a bubble he will never be able to break through while Steven watches? Steven's bubbles work even while he's asleep/unconscious.

Steven also has 2x the AP and durability

How is superman going to last long enough to tire Steven when Steven is twice as strong as he is? I don't recall Supes ever contending with that much of a power advantage.
