why she doesnt have 7-A AP with swords but has Island level durability with her sword and rose sword?

Connie can destroy Holo Pearls with her sword, Holo Pearls are 7-A, connie can fight against a bloodlusted Pearl, and Pearl is 7-A, so, for GOD sake, Connie need to have a 7-A AP key with swords.
