In an alternate universe, Max's step-brother was a crazy serial killer bent on feeding a giant flesh monster in their house. This Billy went out searching for Max, as it was her turn to go into the hole, when he founder her at the Byers house. He attempted to kidnap Max, but Steve intervened.
