Stella scales to 0.02484 Tons of TNT while She-Hulk scales above 0.0163655 Tons of TNT, which is a less-than 1.5178x AP difference (this may or may not change with recent Quantumania scaling, but until then)
Idk how Stella's Toon Force works, and I'm not sure how her other P&A would be helpful here. Meanwhile, She-Hulk has superior LS, stamina, intelligence and range via thunderclaps. Voting for Jen until more arguments pop out

Wait Stella’s calc has two ends and both comments don’t suggest which one is more usuable. Was there a thread saying loud house doesn’t scale to the 0.04 end instead (especially since that calc relies on an official blueprint of the building versus scenes which could vary with scale). Just want to make it clear, I don’t watch the loud house, I’m just curious.

I vote She-Hulk for now due to better stats. But I would still like to know if Stella Zhau's toon force is of any use in a fight, because her profile doesn't go into any detail

Toon Force can sometimes be very strong but sometimes it simply means that the characters could have dramatic expression on their face. Also, it seems that Stella Zhau's profile does not receive much love, unlike Marcy Wu's profile.
