After beating other Undead into a semi-weaken state the Rider can chuck a blank card at them in order to seal them up, but by the EoS all of his cards are filled up and it's unsure if it work on other creature that aren't Undead due to verse specific thing.

Undead in Kamen Rider are a bit specific, while Fangire would be considered an undead in real world in Kamen Rider, Undead is it's own thing entirely.that seems a bit op when all his opponents are undead
