Star Wars Revision: Darth Vitiate/Emperor Valkorian, and Darth Sidious

I noticed that Darth Sidious' page states him to be stronger than Valkorian, due to the Rule of Two, and a few repeated EU statements.

I can't help but vehemently disagree with that; Vitiate/Valkorian never passed on his secrets to the rest of the Sith, and thus Sidious should have no knowledge of things like the Ritual of Nathema and other things that scale Valkorian to 4-B/3-C.
