Darth Maul in his Legends key should get "up to Solar System with Force Rage"
Is bassically stated in a guidebook to complete his final test he had to fight Sidious which after Palpatine told him he wanted to replace him incase he fails Maul drew renewed strength from the darkside out of rage and hatred and Cuz of that he nearly bested palpatine, Palpatine Barely blocking strikes from him
People like Obi-Wan and Quin-Gon wouldn't scale and only Rage amped Maul would be "up to Solar System"
Edit:I instead propose at most or Likely Solar System via Force Rage cuz he made Palpatine struggle after he killed Maul brother albeit is still considerably weaker

Tbf, Sidious gets stronger overtime too so that doesn't surprise me at all.

I had all the points too, Anakin's 4-A feat at peak, Yoda only being able to contact Qui-Gon after travelling to a place with a stronger connection to the Force, dueling being separate from the Force, etc.

Edit: Speaking of dueling, Maul is a duelist first. It would make sense that he would give Sidious some modicum of trouble in that department. But as I said in the Varies thread, dueling characters are likely 9-B. Characters are only 5-B, 4-B, 4-A, etc. when they are amped by the Force.
