I think it is mainly the top tiers (Q, Q-Prophet, Prophets, the Traveller) being downgraded to 2-A

Then none of these important changes would likely be applied.

I would prefer if @ByAsura or some other knowledgeable member is willing to apply this.

If the issue is that it's uncertain how the changes should be added to the profiles -Which suggests certain ways of implementing the accepted revisions would be unacceptable-, then what about making a revised version in a Sandbox, & posting that for approval?
