So Thanos one shots here
But star can also just touch him and he dies from sheer heart attack.
So it’s a battle of who touches first and given what we saw from Star being able to beat down Shigaraki in skill before his roids odd transformation in the fight, I think Star wins it in a 51/49 In that specific scenario
But also the MCU stones aren’t something I’m knowledgeable on, nor how much thanks uses them in comparison to just attacking, so I’ll wait for other people

Thanos doesn't one-shot her physically, he might with the power stone though.

Okay, the starting distance is 5 meters. Considering Star and Stripe has to do extra speaking to activate her quirk, Thanos probably just starts blasting away with the power stone before she can fully get her words out, or if not, he has knowledge of the quirk, and so he should just be able to portal farther back in order to try and zone her abilities. Since due to the power stone, Thanos should be able to get his wincon out without getting close, while Star and Stripe needs to get closer for her abilities to work directly on Thanos. Thanos FRA.

surprisingly enough, FBTTE scales higher then 640 so it likely can hurt thanos, while it took no damage from a 6.4 GT attack
literally just changing the starting distance or making it base thanos makes it so much fairer

Yeah, it can hurt him, but spamming blasts that scale much higher before the quirk can get activated seems to work pretty well. Even after the FBTTE is activated, he can make the air around her intangible or turn it to bubbles to still hit her, or if that can't/doesn't work, he can space stone into the air barrier.

Well, if he space stones in, she should be able to use her quirk on him. The other options are the main ones to watch out for.

Not only he's got more experience, thanos is also a better planner.

Lots of ways for thanos to win this with ease.

1. One shot with power stone

2. Get away with space stone and hide himself with reality stone and just decapitate her

3. Bfr

4. Transmutation using Reality stone

5. Star stripes get defeated by a fake reality thanos made before even the fight starts as he watches on the corner

The list goes on and on.
