Probability deals with chances of something happening or not happening and manipulating them to a certain degree....

Fate is just straight up making a probability a 100% certainty.....

Valentine doesnt need to BFR the main Nero, he just need to bring a random one from a random paralel universe, and if Nero see him, both Neros are erased
