For my second argument i will prove that rotational energy enhanced tusk's physical stats, wich would drawn us to the logical conclusion that the rotational energy that channel through tusk and johnnys bodies is an universal and physical energy system, the proof is simple, as stated multiple time rotational energy is reponsible for the evolution of ta3 into ta4 :

First, here is a statement declaring that Gyro has no abilities other than the two iron balls he uses in combat.

Tusk's rotational energy is a physical and universal energy system. A universal energy system, also called a UES, is a type of energy that uniformly affects all your physical stats. The characteristic of the UES is that it channels itself through your own body and enhances your physical stats.
For my first argument, I will prove that rotational energy channels itself through Johnny's body. Here is this statement from the narrator explaining verbatim how rotational energy channels itself through Gyro's body:
His energy is transmitted from the lower part of his body to his waist, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers, and his entire body rotates, giving him unbeatable rotational power.
He learns the concept of 'infinite scale' from nature.
To support this argument, I will rely on two facts: first, the golden rectangle (representation of rotational energy in nature) is present in everything in the universe, including the bodies of Johnny and Ta4; Secondly, Ta4 can channel rotational energy through Valentine's body to bless him. If Ta4 can channel rotational energy through other people's bodies, it makes sense that he could do so within his own body here .

For my second argument, I will prove that rotational energy enhanced tusk's physical stats, which would lead us to the logical conclusion that the rotational energy that channels through tusk and johnnys' bodies is a universal and physical energy system. The proof is simple, as stated: multiple-time rotational energy is responsible for the evolution of Ta3 into Ta4:
"The Zeppeli tribe aimed for a form of 'infinite pursuit.' Tepe, the birthplace of Gyro, the Lee tribe claims that iron ball technology is limitless. I was trying to apply this concept. Rectangular, with a ratio of 1:1.618, if rotated correctly, it becomes 'yellow.' A golden rectangle is born, and no limited rotational energy can be obtained." Johnny's defenses evolved considerably thanks to this rotation.
Using pure logic, after the rotational energy was channeled through Ta3's body, it evolved into Ta4. Now, as these analyses empirically prove (Stand 1 statistics), Ta4 possesses better physical statistics than Ta3. It is therefore logical and true to state that channeling the rotational energy through Tusk's body influenced and improved his physical statistics. Rotational energy is thus a universal energy system. Here

, First, here is a statement declaring that Gyro has no abilities other than the two iron balls he uses in combat.

Next, we are told that in absolute terms, once rotational energy is mastered, this energy transforms into a support.

This implies that once this energy reaches its ultimate and perfectly controlled form, one gains a definite advantage.

Commented by Hirohiko Araki:
A visualization of the energy of a gyroscopic iron sphere that transcends dimensions. Iron sphere technology has finally enabled the ability to stand upright. I mentioned it to explain this.

To continue along these lines, my statements are perfectly supported by the following analyses, which explain word for word how, once energy is perfectly mastered, one obtains the ability to have a Stand.

"Ripple/Iron Ball Method."

"The power of a Stand is an exceptional talent possessed only by the chosen few, and it is impossible for an ordinary human to rival it. However, it is possible to approach it through perfected techniques." The Ripple method, which appeared in Parts 1 and 2, and the Iron Ball technique, in Part 7, are techniques very similar to those of a Stand, and their users employ them as weapons against paranormal beings.

To conclude this explanation, here is a statement that directly explains how rotational energy is comparable to that of a Stand. Note that this fact is supported by what has been said previously.

"Accumulated experience is the strength of technology. The technology developed by the Zeppeli tribe was comparable to the power of a Stand." Here's

Backup:
The ultimate art of rotation consists of possessing a medium.

First, let's start at the beginning:

For this first part, I will use the novel co-written by Araki, "Golden Heart, Golden Ring."

This novel is canon, let me explain:
We are told that it captures the essence of JoJo (that is, Stands, which can be verified with the definition given on the first page).
But also, given that it was co-written by Araki himself, it's interesting to note that it revisits the story he wrote with Giorno in Part 5, but with the addition of new characters.

It's with these elements in mind that I assert it's indeed a canonical work, but one that stands outside the main series. In this same novel

, we learn that a Stand is the physical manifestation of a powerful life energy, that the Stand "is the form of the life energy" of its user.

It is also stated that when a Stand uses its full power (in this context, referring to life energy), its user dies, which seems quite consistent for "life energy." Now

I'm going to add another novel to the canon of the work.
This one is titled "The Genesis of the Universe" and is once again co-written by Araki.

We are told here explicitly that it is a canonical story, given that it takes place during Part 3 (it seems logical that a canonical story would take place during another, and not the other way around):

The groundwork was laid. Thus, in Part 2, the brilliant Hirohiko Araki was able to revisit the strange events of the Joestar family through one of their descendants, Joseph, who, around the time of World War II, finds himself tasked with saving the world from a threat from antiquity. With this problem resolved, Joseph can live peacefully until, in the late 1980s, the threat of Dio Brando once again disrupts the Joestar family's lives. It is then that they develop the mysterious and powerful Stands. The two stories in this book take place during this third part of the story, as the crusaders head towards Cairo hoping to finally destroy the greatest villains in comic book history.

This is further supported by the fact that we are asked to read this story as a bonus story, making it a special edition while still being considered part of the main canon. To conclude on this point, Stands are described

in this novel as the manifestation of their user's life force energy, the same life force energy that fluctuates within the user's body and also varies depending on their condition:

if users are tired, the Stand's power will be weakened, as we clearly see with Polnareff and his Stand, Silver Chariot:
when Polnareff breathed his last of life force energy, his Stand, Silver Chariot, vanished.

It is in this light that it is also explained that when a Stand is injured, its user is also physically injured. This reinforces the idea that life force energy does indeed fluctuate physically within the bodies of Stand users and that when the manifestation of this energy is injured, the person possessing it is also injured. It is also interesting to note that the novel follows the exact same narrative structure. This is to prove that the Stand's power/speed is directly linked to energy and that they are proportional. Here's a backup for this too:

1. Classification by Range: What is the range of a Stand?
Stands can generally only be used within a certain radius centered on their owner. This radius is called "range." The range and power of a Stand are inversely proportional: the further one moves from the range, the less power there is. This principle applies to almost all Stands. Furthermore, range should be interpreted as "effective" range. The Stand does not lose its power instantly outside of its range, but rather its power diminishes gradually. The range within which the Stand can function effectively is called "effective range." From the perspective of effective range, all Stands are effective.

To support and prove this principle within the manga, it is stated (when Star Platinum is removed from Jotaro) that Jotaro is "dead," rather than neither dead nor alive, but only Jolyne ( his

daughter) claims that if he were to recover his Stand, he would "come back to life."

Did you do it for me in English?

This seems like NPES to me, what exactly distinguishes Stands from being that to the point that it has to be an UES?
