Rengoku has resistance to stain's fear and paralysis, and he might out AP him if he even partially scales to Akaza. He might outstamina&outskill him too. I'd vote Hashira but it's close as he doesn't outclass Stain in any particular area. He should Out AP and one shot with his near death amp if Stain gets him to that point which could go deep in Akaza’s neck but it’s likely a single strike he’s got in that’s state.

Not sure about before hand because of reasons but I won’t point them out until people give more arguments
