SSJ3 Goku 4-B/4-A Justification Change

Sorry if I'm late but did it ever get calced?

I will request it once or if the proposal of adding it to his AP key is agreed on.

Although I think it'll probably just be some level of 4-B, 4-A would need it to be provable that the power felt in the Kaioshin Realm was at least of Magnitude 1, and it would be hard to do that since it indicates this happened offscreen moments earlier in the past tense.

The feat is pretty much the exact same as a scene like this, and this was moreso pressure/force being able to be physically felt, but not necessarily earthquake magnitude shaking.

So 4-B seems reasonable to me.
