Actually, I would like to know why we scale Shallot to Toei Z stats.
Also recent stuff has Shallot put up a decent fight against RoF Golden Frieza, so more support for 3-A.

They would have to be the same continuity of non-canon. If not than let me get 2-A SSJ4 Goku, Xeno Goku is non canon as well.
