but weegee had outside help in those, this is a 1v1 battle between the two

Base Form Battle
ROUND 2:
Sqeegee has all forms that appear on his page before Infinity Sqeegee (anything seen after this is unusable), sqeegee doesnt need to fuse with other forms since its impossible with most battles, weegee has all forms expect super ultimate weegee.
ROUND 3:
All forms are allowed for both, expect demon sqeegee so sqeegee only has one chance
ROUND 4:
All forms for both and demon sqeegee is included.
