In "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy 3", Spongebob and Patrick are turned into pile of dust by Manray, and are completely fine in the next scene. Can't find an actual clip of it to save my damn life, but if anyone else wants to go hunting for it, you at least know the name of the episode now.

The first gif looks like Mid-High, the melting one looks like Low-High and the rest are High-Mid, and every one of them is a casual feat.

Mid-High is ok to me.

Low-High says from a puddle or drop of blood, which Spongebob doesn't have, but assuming that isn't the case, since when have we applied Regenerationn to someone being liquified?

I'm more inclined to be ok with high-mid, given the abundance of those feats.
