Firstly, Spongebob's shapeshifting skills have allowed him to morph and replace the Earth's moon for an entire year, with the exact same mass to stabilize the water levels of Earth, according to Spacebob Merrypants (the 2018 christmas special). That already means that Spongebob can achieve powers of Moon Level, and seeing as he was able to survive in space long enough to replace the moon for a year, his speed at his peak is equal to the moon. His attack power could feasibly be the strength to level a large continent, but it may even be higher, seeing as of this writing, this is only the biggest we've seen him.
Secondly, his Regenerationn has been shown to be even higher than we thought, as many times through the Post-Sequel seasons, Spongebob has been seen disappearing seemingly into nothingness, and reappearing unscathed, meaning tha it could be possible for single-cell Regenerationn, a la deadpool.
Finally, his intelligence has increased significantly to his peak, where he can comprehend the ideas of Non-Newtonian Logic (Some of Sandy's Inventions) , Ancient Technology (Atlantis Squarepantis, the Video Games), and is even able to predict the future, usually as a gag, but sometimes played seriously. He was also able to prevent two apocolypses, one which one city level, and the other (temproarily) possibly being planetary at worst.
