It seems that Timmy only has universal protection when he wishes for something to protect him meaning he’s still 8-B. So he could probably be wiped out by SpongeBob using his string right off the bat before Timmy can even say “I wish for blank” And even if SB gets his string taken away, he’ll lead with hax, supernatural luck, regen, and immortalities.

Unless I’m getting something wrong, SB pretty much erases Timmy before he can do anything. I’m voting SpongeBob unless somebody brings something else up.
