The definition we currently have for a stomp is that if you lack a wincon completly it's a stomp but if you have a wincon you don't use in character or in time it's not a stomp
If you disagree you can make another thread about it, just saying, there have been like 4 threads about changing what a stomp is already and none of them have worked

@Bob What you just described would be decisive. A stomp thread would be if Spongebob had absolutely no way to win.
