Spongebob pencil equipment issue

Spongebob pencil shouldn't be Optional. In the episode Doodle Dimension. He pulls the pencil out of his head and as well turned his shoe into a workable pencil. So that's straight up standard. Only thing I could find on YouTube that showed it was this roughly sketching the episode. At 3:46

But there are places to watch the episode I'm sure. Point is. He pulled that pencil from his head.

How? He literally launched it out of the ocean and got rid of it at the end of the episode where he got it

Plot reasons. Never explains why. He just Pulls it out of his literal head in doodle dimensions and turns his shoe into a Pencil working like object. (Just without the eraser)

This should go under "*Can create/summon:", it's not Optional or Standard Equipment. Nor he would use it IC.

Ehh. It would be standard. Not he can summon. It was literally inside of his head. If it's something in his person that he can use at any point. Then it would be standard.

Also yes he kinda would. He uses it to defend himself in both episodes.

It's in head only in that ep and due to Dimensional Storage.

Only 2 eps of many, many seasons is not IC. And have it at hand next to having to summoning it makes using it far more easily.

That doesn't make it any less standard. It should go in standard equipment. Since he always has access to it.

And it wouldn't be out of character. The reason he doesn't pull out the pencil every two seconds or episode is because Plot. Same reason when spongebob has the paper as does the group, he doesn't just fix everything there. Same for plankton. Who also had a sheet of paper. Just plot cause it's a cartoon. The fact it makes a return appearance helps his case. Unlike a lot of cartoon abilities which we use regardless of typically very low and one time uses
