If a character physically splits a low 2-c structure into two separate ones (with separate time flows), what would this be classified as tier wise?

It's a solid 2C...baseline but 2C....splitting 4D construct into 2 4D constructs....

Or fusing two 4D constructs into one 4D construct as antithesis of splitting.
