Spidey Sense should give Spider-Man an advantage here, as he'd know not to approach Giorno due to GE being MFTL.

EDIT: Nvm, Spidey is Low 7-C, speed is equalized, and his precog doesn't work that way.

All Giorno has to do though is trick him into swatting a fly or something and it's over.
